The highest number on the label is Sodium. There is 560mg of sodium, which is a larger amount of salt for a person to intake. Sodium is salt content that is used on food. An excessive amount of salt can lead to high blood pressure, heart attack as well as having a stroke. It is good to take in less than 1,500 mg of salt each day, which means eating all of the content in the bag will lead to you have eating more than 1/3 of what is reccommended. To prevent heart diease and high blood pressure you should lower the amount of sodium you intake.

I Hope This Helps!! And Good Luck <3

n200080 [17]

Answer:

Everything you do impacts your health.

Explanation:

He is saying that the doctor isn't responsible for your health, you are. What you are eating, how much you are sleeping,if you are playing in a good and healthy environment. Also where you eat affects you because if you are running out the door while trying to eat or if you are multitasking your body isn't focusing on digesting your food, it is focusing on whatever else you are doing and that can cause problems.

Hope this helps:)
