Trace the flow of energy through a typical food chain (describing "what eats what"), including the original source of that energ

y and its ultimate form after use. Underline each form of energy and energy-storing molecule, and boldface each process which transfers or transforms energy.
Can someone explain to me what exactly I'm supposed to do for this and give me guidelines.

You need to draw a food chain starting with something small like bacteria and and getting back around the loop to bacteria again( explaining what the the previous organism does to the next for example it eats it). Then you need to underline the organisms/animals. Then write in bold the way it got the energy from the previous one( for example if it eats it )

Compare and contrast binary fission and conjugation. Which process increases genetic diversity?
Studentka2010 [4]
-Binary fission is the form of asexual reproduction and cell division used by prokaryotic organisms (such as bacteria or archea). A prokaryotic cell by divides into two parts, and each half has the potential to grow to the size of the original cell.

-Bacterial conjugation is the transfer of genetic material between bacteria through direct cell-to-cell contact. It is merely the transfer of genetic information from a donor cell to a recipient. In order to perform conjugation, one of the bacteria, the donor, must play host to a conjugative or mobilizable genetic element, most often a conjugative or mobilizable plasmid or transposon. Most conjugative plasmids have systems ensuring that the recipient cell does not already contain a similar element.

Binary Fission- asexual
Conjugation- sexual

It's pretty confusing at the least really.
