Nonetheless, an athlete's performance in tennis could be improved by increasing both muscular strength and endurance. Tennis relies on the players ability to get from one side of the court to another, ready to hit the ball with strength and intent to their opponent's side of the court. With low endurance, tennis is near to impossible to play as you have to run back and forth nearly the whole time.
