Smoking is one of the major reason of Lungcancer. But one may have cancer even if the individual is not a smoker due to radiation, secondaryairpollutants.

These oncogenic substances in the smoke produced while smoking contains nicotine, hydrocarbons, cyclohydrocarbons and various other factors which converts normalcells into cancerous cells
