Answer:

C. Including hills

Explanation:

If she wants to intesify the walk rather than focusing on the diet, then including hills is more reasonable. Also saying that she already walks everyday at night then D is unreasonable

How can you get rid of fear of presentations? I always have problems with these like my heart starts racing and I am not afraid
nydimaria [60]

I can actually relate to you on this topic. This doesn’t happen to me for presentations, but other things.

What I find is most important is to breathe. Take a deep breath in and let it out. Do this multiple times before you present. Taking deep breaths will relax your whole body and won’t make your heart beat so fast.

And remember to be confident in yourself too. Confidence is key

Hope this helps you

Tunnel-like extensions of the sarcolemma into a skeletal muscle fiber are called
Montano1993 [528]

Answer:

The correct answer will be option-C

Explanation:

T-tubules or transverse tubules are the extensions of the cell membrane or into the sarcoplasm of the muscle cells.

The T-tubules play an important role in the movement of the muscle in response to the synaptic signals as they conduct the electrical impulse from the surface of the cell to the inside of the sarcoplasmic reticulum which is the storehouse of the calcium ions of the muscle cell.

Thus, Option-C is the correct answer.
