Resilience it's not something that you're either born with or not.Resilience develop as people grow up and Gain knowledge, better thinking and self-management skills. Resilience is found in a variety of behaviours, thoughts, and actions that can be learnt and developed across the lifespan

Resilience is the ability or capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. Your ability to get up again after being knocked down is due to your way of thinking and how you perceive things. Therefore, I believe that resiliency is something that you develop or learn since we were brought to this world with zero knowledge about how things work the way they do or how to react.
