Microscope is an instrument which is used for to see very small particles which cannot be seen through eyes. Magnification is the enlargement of small picture in order to see it clearly.

What would you expect to see specifically for the person with a type-o blood group?

Although the O-positive people can contribute blood to individuals with any positive blood type, they can only obrain blood from O positive and O negative (O−) people.

Study suggests that individuals with blood group O have a less chance of heart diseases and remembering problems (including dementia) than the rest of the folk.

Thus, this could be the answer.
