Essay : Describe the time you spend with your best friend after a year.
DedPeter [7]

Answer:

Well, it is a very nostalgic, very strange, and a happy feeling that I saw and met my friend after a long time which is 9 years. Me and my friend studied in the same school and same grade until 2010 where I left for the United States while he continued studying in that school. Even though I visited his house with my mother in every summer holidays, I did not interact with him that much after 2010. I will now narrate on how I met him.

Just a week ago, I finished my Music Class and was waiting for the bus in a bus stop in Liberty, close to the Kodambakkam Flyover. After some buses came and left, the 17E bus which I needed to go came and I boarded the bus. After I boarded the bus and was receiving the ticket, a guy who was about my age saw me with a smiling face. When he started to see me, I first freaked out inside on why he is staring at me unnecessarily where I first tried to ignore him, but since he looked like one of my friends from the school I studied in Saudi Arabia, I went close to him due to the feeling that I saw him somewhere. I went to close to him to say hello, but only to find out that the guy who was looking at me was none other than my classmate who studied with me in Chennai until 3rd Grade before I left for the United States!

I was so happy and excited that I saw him and he told me to sit next to him in the bus as we were going to the same destination. I sat next to him and we were just talking about our old school, what happened between the 9 years when I wasn't in Chennai and so on. He was really surprised by my memory as I was asking the students I knew on what happened to them and also the events which happened in school 9–10 years ago and so on. After we got down at the stop, we walked together until the street where his house is and he said to me to come to his house for some time in which I called my mother and she said to come straight to home to eat lunch. I said to my friend that I can’t come now, but I will come with my mother to your house with my mother as my mother and her mother are good friends. We said goodbye and I went to my house where it was only 10 minutes away from his.

After some days, me and my mother went to my friend’s house. When we went there, his family got surprised by looking at me as I was a small kid when I used to go to their house regularly ten years ago. Even though we went to his house whenever we came to Chennai for summer holidays, I did not interact with him that as he would not be in the house or would be doing his homework. It was a great reunion after 9 years in which I felt so happy, nostalgic, and strange at the same time as we met in the bus which I did not expect. It was moments to remember and relish.

So yeah, it was very nostalgic, very strange, and a happy feeling that I met my friend after a long time which is 9 years. It was such a coincidence and was not expected that me and him would meet in the same bus. The visit to his house was much more nostalgic and happier as all memories came down the line in that visit. I hope my friendship with him goes good again after a long break of 9–10 years. Thank You for reading my answer you an change it up a bit
