To know what the culture of that country is, and to see what countires could influence the change in countries around it. Like we saw in the cold war. China became communist, North Korea followed, and Vietnam followed after them. As an American everything is connected expect for Hawaii and Alaska but in the philippines everything needs to be connected with bridges.
