<h3>Answer:  471,744,000</h3>

Delete the commas if needed. This is one single number between 471 million and 472 million

===========================================================

Explanation:

We have 26 letters for the first slot, then 25 for the second, and 24 for the third. We count down like this because we cannot reuse letters.

There are 26*25*24 = 15,600 ways to pick the three letters where repeats aren't allowed.

As for the numbers, we have 10 single digits (0 through 9) for the first numeric slot, then 9 for the next, and so on until we reach 6

So we have 10*9*8*7*6 = 30,240 ways to select the five numbers.

In all, there are (15,600)*(30,240) = 471,744,000 different license plates possible. This number is between 471 million and 472 million.

Multiply the binomials:<br> (W - 9) · (W + 3)<br> Enter the correct answer.
olasank [31]

Answer:

w2-6w-27

Step-by-step explanation:

FOIL

First

Outer

Inner

Last

This is the theorem that I use, so to expand, you multiply the first number in the equation so it would be w times w because in (w-9) and (w+3) w is the first term. So now you do the outer number which is the first and last number in the equation which is w and 3 and we multiply them together. now we do the inner, which are the two inner terms, which are -9 and w and we multiply them. Now we do the last terms in each ( ) which is -9 and 3 and we multiply them. This is kinda hard to get used to, but it helps so much when you are trying to expand trinomials that are multiplied together!

so we add all the answers we got for first, outer, inner and last numbers

w*w+w*3+-9*w+-9*3

w2+3w-9w-27

w2-6w-27

Hope that helps :)

Tems11 [23]

Answer:

1)  f-2g

2) h+3fg

Step-by-step explanation:

1)

  • f(4) - g(2) + f(3))
  • 4f - 2g + 3f
  • 4f - 3f - 2g
  • f - 2g

2)

  • h(1) + f(1) x g(3)
  • h + f x 3g
  • h + 3fg

What is the equation for y=-2+3 and y=1/3x-1?
Crank
So y=-2+3 means y=3-2
y=1

so then subsitute 1 for y and solve
1=1/3x-1
add 1 to both sides
2=1/3x
multiply boht sides by 3
6=x
so x=6
y=1
