Eating a hot dog at a barbeque is not an example of cultural diffusion in the United States. Option A is correct.

What is the cultural diffusion?

The spreading and mixing of characteristics from several traditions is known as cultural diffusion.

People love and enjoy many different kinds of food, dress, and even languages from these many cultures.

Going to a sushi restaurant, attending a live opera event, taking a Latin dance class are all the examples of the cultural diffusion as it involves the another nation's culture.

Eating a hot dog at a barbeque is not the example of cultural diffusion because it is not related to another nation's food culture.

Therefore, option A is correct.

Time series methods base forecasts only on the most recent values of the variables.
Irina18 [472]

False, Time Series methods base forecasts only on past variables and not on recent values.

Forecasting in time series is done when we make scientific predictions based on historical data. Time series involves building models through the analysis of historical data and using them to make observations that help in decision-making. The methods of time series refer to the different ways to measure the timed values.

There are four different components of the methods of time series. The first one is a secular trend which helps to describe the movement along the term. The second one is seasonal variations that help to show seasonal changes. The third one is cyclical fluctuations that correspond to periodical changes. the last component is irregular variations that happen at random.

Answer:

Extraversion

Explanation:

The Five-Factor Model of personality is a model of the structure of personality according to which human personality can be described using five broad dimensions: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness.

The main characteristics of the dimensions are:

 • Extraversion: Outgoing, socially confident behavior. Extroverts are sociable, talkative and enjoy being the center of attention. Introverts are more quiet and prefer to be on their own.
 • Agreeableness: Individuals who score highly on agreeableness are friendly and co-operative, they are trusting of others and are more altruistic and sympathetic. People who score low on this dimension are less concerned with pleasing other people or making friends, they tend to be more suspicious and are less charitable, they are also competitive and stubborn.
 • Conscientiousness: People who are conscientious are more aware of their actions and the consequences of their behavior than people who are unconscientious. They feel a sense of responsibility towards other people and are careful with their duties, they will be concerned about tidiness, punctuality and hard work. People who score low on this dimension are less careful and are less concerned about tidiness and punctuality.
 • Neuroticism: People with high neuroticism are persistent worriers. They are fearful and often feel anxious, over-thinking their problems focusing on the negative aspects of them. They tend to become frustrated and angry if things don't go as they wish. People who score low are less preoccupied and are able to remain more calm under stressful situations.
 • Openness: Willingness to try new activities. People with higher levels of openness enjoy artistic and cultural experiences and are more open to unfamiliar cultures and customs, they are imaginative. People with low levels of openness are wary of uncertainty and the unknown and feel uncomfortable in unfamiliar situations and prefer familiar environments.

In this example, we can see that Liz is very friendly and she invites friends over for parties every weekend that she is free and she's also involved in other social activities. We can see that Liz is friendly, sociable and likes being the center of attention. Thus, this aspect of Liz'z personality is best described as extraversion.

Marizza181 [45]

Answer:

No, he was not. Prosecution of Jews existed since the period when they all lived in their homeland.

Explanation:

Since the Babylonian captivity Jews were seen by certain elements as cause of problems. That is why in different periods they were prosecuted and even had to escape from the place where they lived. Spanish Inquisition during the reign of Isabelle and Ferdinand forced Jews to convert or to move away from Spain. Most of them spread across Europe, but in many of those countries they weren't always received as they hoped to.
