Answer:

A) how the temperature of water affects photosynthesis.

Explanation:

Photosynthesis is a process in which plants transform light into chemical energy. They require water and sunlight to grow. During the process light energy is absorbed by plants and they consume water, carbon dioxide and some mineral from soil to produce oxygen by a chemical reaction. Jared is also considering to analyse the different water temperatures. The higher temperature of water will enhance the rate of photosynthesis.

Why is algae classified in the Protist Kingdom and not the Plant Kingdom even though they are photosynthetic? Research why some
KengaRu [80]
Algae are photosynthetic, but they are also unicellular organisms (Euglena) and shares some of the common features with plants as well as animals. They move like animals and perform photosynthesis like plants. Therefore, they are classified into Protists, and not the Algae. Their most features resemble the non-photosynthetic protozoa, and not plants, and therefore, are put into the Protista.
They also lack a cell wall, which is a feature of plants.
Some scientists advocate their classification in plants because of their sexual mode of reproductiona, and formation of spores.

The pop up question at the end of this level asks why examining dna is better than considering physical traits , when do you hav
aleksandrvk [35]

Question 1: Why examining dna is better ?

Examining DNA has a greater interest than examining physical traits because it can determine the genotype of the individual and what are the two alleles that he possesses while examining its physical traits only gives us the phenotype of the individual, which has a lower value than the genotype.

Question 2:

DNA testing is more expensive than examining physical traits, so that in most cases physical features are used to study trait transmission.

There is one case where the determination of the physical trait is sufficient to determine the genotype of the individual: this is when studying codominant alleles such as ABO grouping.

Propagation of an action potential in a skeletal muscle cell links the signal from a motor neuron to contraction of the muscle c
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

The correct statements are B, D and F

Explanation:

The following statements that correctly describes T tubules and their role in conducting action potentials in muscle cells are;

i) T tubules are infoldings of the plasma membrane that encircle the myofibrils and are in contact with the sarcoplasmic reticulum.

ii) T tubules carry action potentials into the interior of the muscle cell via voltage-gated Na+ and K+ channels.

iii) Without T tubules, the muscle cell would not be able to contract.
