In the context of the text, men are associated with the role of strength and protection, while women are associated with the role of family, delicacy, and kindness.

Features that Mrs. Baroda associated with women

 • Beauty.
 • Fragility.
 • delicacy.
 • Hospitality.
 • Heads up.
 • Caution.
 • Dedication.

In other words, women were related to more emotional roles, which conveyed comfort and affection. This kind of thinking establishes gender roles that are very rigid and difficult to break.

From the context of the text (a respectable woman), the role of men is to protect their families from people they are not sure about and to pay attention to what happens in the home.

What characteristics does Mrs. Baroda associate with being a woman?

Mrs. Broda from the first paragraph is associated with homeliness and hospitality. This is seen in the first paragraph where a mention is made about how she is unhappy that there were to entertain another visitor.

This obviously was going to be more work for her given that they had entertained a great deal during the winter period.

What is the relationship between personality and learning style?
Alla [95]

When we speak of personality, for the majority of authors, it is the set of characteristics that make each individual unique. The way of perceiving, processing, coding, storing and retrieving information will be influenced by the differential characteristics of the individual. In addition they will have great influence the closest social agents around: family, school and environment. The interaction of all these will help to configure the personality of the subject, facilitating (in the best of cases) the relationship and understanding with others.

There are three fundamental factors that favor our security: the physical, the intellectual and the social. And they have a great impact when building a healthy personality.

Then perhaps we can say, that the personality and learning style complement each other. But there is always something that can be done to help, if we find stones along the way.
