I don’t remember the exact rules, but I some were that he had to stop taking the pill every morning/ any medication in general, he could lie, he couldn’t tell anyone about his training, and he didn’t have to apologize/ except apologies. It was hard for him to lie and not tell anyone what he was doing, and it put a strain on his friendships.

I was wondering if this is a question from a book called “The giver”? If not can you name the book?

If it is a question from the book “The Giver” Jonas isn’t allowed to tell the people, friends, and family about the memory’s. Meaning it stays between him and the giver. Jonas has a hard time with this rule because he wants to tell his friends and sister.

How are the words clause and brought alike how are they different?
svet-max [94.6K]
Both the words are similar in certain part of pronunciation. the 'aw' part is there in cl'au'se and Br'ou'ght. But they are different in usage in english grammar. Caluse is a part of sentence with subject and predicate. But brought is the past form of verb 'bring'.
