The ability to write and simplify expressions means that a person is able to solve math problems. Simplifying mathematical expression means that you are able to write them in most simplest form, in such a way that in the and there are no operations (adding, multiplying, subtracting...) that are not needed. In order to simplify math expressions you must follow the order of operations.
