Viruses are not considered "alive" because they lack many of the properties that scientists associate with living organisms. Primarily, they lack the ability to reproduce without the aid of a host cell, and don't use the typical cell- division approach to replication.

What would happen to co2 if there was less plants
MArishka [77]

Answer:

More carbon dioxide (CO2) would be in our atmosphere.

Explanation:

Plants undergoing photosynthesis take in carbon dioxide (CO2) and give out oxygen (O2). They essentially use the CO2 to make sugars that keep them alive. Excess plant CO2 is then given off back into the environment, just like how we exhale CO2 after taking a breath.

So, no plants to take in the CO2 equals more CO2 in the environment.

lianna [129]

The group of the options are given below:

Individuals of population X are predators

Individuals of population X are prey

Individuals of population Y caught and spread a disease.

Individuals of population Y lost their shelters after a flood

Answer:

The correct answer would be -  Individuals of population X are predators.

Explanation:

The limiting factor is a factor that prevents or slow the growth of the population. In this case the population an increase of a population results in the decrease in the other population directly.

Increase in the population X results directly in the dcrease of the decrease of population Y. Such relation of the two variables in apopulation growth occurs when there is predator- prey relatioship among two organism or population. Increase in the population of predator result in decrese of the population of prey.
