Answer:

a) quantitative - continuous

b) qualitative

c) quantitative - discrete

d) quantitative - discrete

Explanation:

A qualitative variable describes an object or its property without counting or measuring. Therefore it does not include any numbers.

A quantitative variable is one which results from counting or measuring a property of an object or situation. If the variable arises from counting, it is called discrete, and if it arises from any measurement, it is called continuous.

Andrew uses the equation 25(x-4)=30 x, where x represents the number of sales, to determine the number of items he needs to sell
pshichka [43]

Hello,

Start off by distributing 25 to both x and -4

25 * X = 25x & 25 * -4 = -100

25x - 100 = 30

At this point, we add 100 to both sides so we can get 25 to be seperate from 100.

25x = 130

To get rid of the 25, divide it in both sides:

130/25 = 5.2

The answer would be 5.2

I hope this helps you with your assignment!
