Se trata de la terapia mediante video-feedback, de tal forma que las madres con trastornos afectivos o psicóticos incrementarían la sensibilidad y los lactante reducirían su pasividad, favoreciendo las conductas cooperativas. La adopción temprana por parte de la madre del rol materno respecto al bebé es esencial para acelerar la recuperación.
