What is climate? The weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period.

How is earth climate changing? The earth has gone through warming and cooling phases in the past, long before humans were around. Forces that can contribute to climate change include the sun's intensity, volcanic eruptions, and changes in naturally occurring greenhouse gas concentrations.

What are the natural and human factors that affect climate? Since the Industrial Revolution, human activities have released large amounts of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, which has changed the earth's climate. Natural processes, such as changes in the sun's energy and volcanic eruptions, also affect the earth's climate.

What evidence do scientists have that climate is changing? The physical and biological changes that confirm climate warming include the rate of retreat in glaciers around the world, the intensification of rainfall events, changes in the timing of the leafing out of plants and the arrival of spring migrant birds, and shifting of the range of some species.

Write down two additional questions you have about climate change that will help you make this argument in your presentation? "What are examples of evidence for global warming?"Why climate change is important"

In guinea pigs, B = black, b = brown, S = short hair, s = long hair. A heterozygous black, short-haired animal reproduces with a
Jlenok [28]

Answer:

1/4 black short hair

1/4 black long hair

1/4 brown short hair

1/4 brown long hair

Explanation:

Heterozygous black Bb, short hair SS

Brown bb, long hair ss

Hence, heterozygous black, short-haired = BbSs

Brown, long-haired = bbss

BbSS x bbss

progeny genotype = 4BbSs, 4Bbss, 4bbSs and 4bbss (see the attached image)

Phenotype = 4 black, short-haired, 4 black long-haired, 4 brown short-haired and 4 brown, long hair

Hence, the expected phenotype ratio of the offspring is;

 • 1/4 black short hair
 • 1/4 black long hair
 • 1/4 brown short hair
 • 1/4 brown long hair
