One of the main influences on the framers of the Constitution was the unwritten democratic constitution under which the Iroquois Confederacy had operated since the 16th century, according to a group of American Indians and scholars.

''If Americans are going to celebrate the anniversary of their Constitituion, we figure we had better tell them where the idea came from,'' said Chief Oren Lyons, an Onondaga and an associate professor of American studies at the State University at Buffalo.

The Onondaga, based south of here, are one of the six nations that now make up the confederation, which stretches from the Mohawks near Albany to the Senecas near Buffalo.

denis-greek [22]

Answer:

  • He created an assembly line in which workers remained stationary and the work came to them.
  • He used mostly unskilled labor on his assembly lines.
  • He used interchangeable parts.

Explanation:

Henry Ford was a revolutionary because of his innovations in the automobile industry that led to more cars being produced at cheaper prices such that many more people could afford to own a car.

He did this first and foremost by introducing the Assembly line. He may not have come up with it but he made it famous. It worked by having workers remain stationary in a position while work came to them.

He also used mostly unskilled workers and paid them high enough that they were not discontent but low enough that the cars remained cheap. He also use interchangeable parts.

What did lin zexu do with the 20,000 chests of opium that were surrendered at canton in 1839?
musickatia [10]

He burned it. He set about destroying the held opium. After enclosing the site with a bamboo barrier to avoid theft, three stone quarries, lined with wood, were excavated into which was discharged the seized opium along with salt and lime. A minor disruption happened when one man was caught trying to take away an amount of the drug—he was then executed right at that moment. Once the excavation had been occupied with sea water, laborers plodded the mixture to safeguard the drug's annihilation. The remainder was then flushed through a waterway into the South China Sea while Lin said an appeal saying sorry for the pollution they have caused.
