2) In the poster, it shows a person beaten up and people standing around and watching. They are doing nothing about it and not helping the victim.

5) The police are missing because it hasn't been reported yet. Everyone is just standing from afar and watching. Nobody is doing anything about it.

6) It's a picture of a person beaten up and nobody helping him. In the words, they say that they are over violent crimes and want them to be reported. The message of the poster is that crimes like this should be reported and you should not just stand around and watch like the people in the poster but, report to help the victim.
