Noncommunicable diseases are diseases that last a long period of time and have slower progression than other sicknesses such as a cold, fever, etc. The most common Noncommunicable diseases for example are, Heart Attack, Stroke, Cancer, diabetes, CHD, and asthma.
If the bird eats a small insect that ate the seeds and is a Secondary consumer, then it was relying on another organism for food. Where as the Primary consumer eats what grows and doesn't really on another organism for food. So the answer would be Primary Consumer.
