Eating fruits and healthy veggies, instead of eating high-fat foods that are processed can decrease chances of having a stroke. Eating high-fat foods with tons of sugar will probably give you diabetes. It would make you healthy and cause you less chances of being at the doctor. Unlike eating high-fat foods, you will not gain a ton of weight, instead you will have a normal weight and stay fit.
