Answer:

The ocean would have no currents.

Explanation:

The Earth's rotation causes the ocean currents to turn in a process known as the Coriolis effect . Because of the Coriolis effect, ocean currents deflect to the right in the Northern Hemisphere and to the left in the Southern Hemisphere. Without Earth's rotation, there would be no ocean waves.

Hope I could help!

Answer: well for starters the moon controls the ocean currents so if the earth stopped rotating then half of the oceans or lakes or rivers would flow and the others would keep going

What would happen to the carrying capacity and bear population if there were an
Alina [70]

It will result in growth overshoot of bear and the population will exceeds the habitat's carrying capacity.

The fishes serves as food for bears in the food chain of the ecosystem (river). The abundance of fish means there is more and enough food for bears, which in turns enhance their growth and reproduction (exponential phase).

However, bears population will continue to increase (overpopulation) and the carrying capacity (i.e., the amount of resources an habitat can provide for its inhabitants) is depleted. Thus, competition, predation, disease outbreak and others, would set in, resulting to loss of species and habitat in the long run.

An mrna has the sequence 5'-augaaauccuag-3'. what is the template dna strand for this sequence?
Ann [662]
The answer is 3'-TACTTTAGGATC-5. DNA is essentially a storage molecule. ir contains all of the instructions a cell needs to sustain itself. these instructions are found within genes which are sections of DNA made up of specific sequences of nucleotide. in other case RNA molecules carries message form DNA to other parts of the cell for processing. This specific type of RNA that carries the information stored in DNA to other areas of the call is called mRNA

Compare in general terms the effects of epinephrine glucagon and insulin on glucose metabolism
storchak [24]
<span> Epinephrine and glucagon cause an increase in the blood glucose level. Epinephrine acts when a higher than normal level of glucose is required; glucagon acts when the level is unusually low. Both stimulate gluconeogenesis and glycogen breakdown and decrease glycolysis and glycogen synthesis. Insulin causes a decrease in blood glucose levels; it acts by increasing glycogen synthesis, glycolysis, and glucose uptake by cells as well as by decreasing glycogen breakdown.

Hope this helps please award brainly :)
