1- C ( this is an assumption; a hypothesis is always based on an assumption.

2- F ( this states to share the results with other classmates).

3- D (this is a description of an experiment you could conduct; you test a hypothesis (usually) by conducting an experiment.

4- A (this is something you could observe during the experiment, therefore it is an observation).

5- E (this sentence is a conclusion).

6- B (This is an actual question)

What is the hypothesis?

The hypothesis of most interest to the researcher is the alternative hypothesis.

For example: When we are talking about statistics, the alternative hypothesis is the one that proposes a new model or a new theory, in contrast to an old one, as in the case of the null hypothesis. Oftentimes alternative hypothesis has to be constant with the original research hypothesis in that it stems from previous research and investigation. In simple terms, the alternative hypothesis is in opposition or contrary to the null hypothesis.

Thus, this could be the answer.

How do memory cells differ from effector cells?view available hint(s)how do memory cells differ from effector cells?memory cells
Arte-miy333 [17]
Th memory cells differ from the effector cells in that the memory cells live longer. Two types of cells are produced by the clonal selection, these are the effector cells and the memory cells. Effector cells are relatively short lived activated cells that defend the body in an immune response. Effector B cells are called plasma cells and secrete antibodies, and activated T cells include cytotoxic T cells and helper T cells, which carry out cell-mediated responses. The production of effector cells in response first time exposure to an antigen is called the primary immune response. The memory produced at this time and only become active in case of a re-exposure to the same antigen that stimulated their formation.

Explain the scope of own role in supporting an individual to negotiate an environment
evablogger [386]

ANSWER: The only scope in a negotiation is communication. Communication can be in terms of speech, writing or any other methods available. The main focus in a negotiation is to bring and finalize the other party at our own terms or to the maximum extent possible. Though negotiation can also be a win-win situation for both the parties, it is mostly done to get maximum benefits out of it.

The fatal human illness called Huntington disease is caused by a dominant mutant allele. Calculate the probability that a couple
BaLLatris [955]

Answer: There is a 50% chance that the offspring will inherit Huntington's disease

Explanation:

Huntington's disease is expressed by a dominant allele.

Since the father is heterozygous for Huntington's disease, his genotype would be as follows:Hh

Even though he carries a normal allele, the dominant allele is disease causing and thus masks the effects of the normal allele, therefore he expresses the disease.

The mother does not have Huntington's because she is homozygous recessive, in other words, she carries 2 copies of the normal alleles.with the genotype hh.

If you do a punnet square, and you cross the mother and father, the following genotypes can be produced:

Hh, Hh, hh, hh

Therefore, there's a 50% chance that the offspring will inherit the disease causing allele and 50% chance that the offspring will not inherit it.

1. Algae are plantlike organisms that live in the water. These algae have been in sunlight for several
puteri [66]

The complete question is :

Algae are plantlike organisms that live in the water. These algae have been in sunlight for several hours now. What can the algae do because they are in sunlight? What does this mean for the number of energy storage molecules in the algae? The algae can . . .

take in carbon from the air. The carbon is used to make energy storage molecules.

take in carbon from the air. The carbon is used to break down energy storage molecules.

give off carbon to the air. Giving off carbon allows them to make energy storage molecules.

give off carbon to the air. Giving off carbon uses up energy storage molecules.

Answer: Option A

Explanation:

Algae are plant like organism found in water, they are capable of performing photosynthesis.

Th algae in water trap carbon dioxide from the atmosphere( water) in order to convert into energy molecules known as glucose in the presence of sunlight.

This means the number of energy storage molecules in the algae increases after photosynthesis.

This is how the algae uses sunlight in order to prepare glucose from them.
