<h3><u>Explanation:</u></h3>

An animal that does not have body cavity refers to an acoelomate. It is in contrast with the eucoelomates which are the animals that have body cavity. The acoelomate will not have a cavity which is filled with fluid between the digestive tract and the body. Hence there will be a distortion of body wall by the muscular activity of the digestive system.  

Some of the examples of acoelomate  are Cnidaria,Porifera , Platyhelminthes, Placozoa ,Gnathostomulida.Nemertina and Mesozoa. The presence of pseudocoelom in which the body cavity will not be lined by the mesodermal cells are the Pseudocoelomate.

Sickle cell disorder is an inherited blood disease featured by defective hemoglobin. The condition affects the hemoglobin, or the red blood cells, and their tendency to conduct oxygen. The normal hemoglobin cells are round, smooth, and flexible, and thus, they can travel via the vessels in the body effortlessly.  

On the other hand, the sickle cell hemoglobin cells are sticky and stiff and form a sickle, C shape, when they lose their oxygen. These cells combine together, and cannot effortlessly move through the blood vessels.

All the cells don't have all of the intracellular structures because each and every cell do not need each and every intracellular structure. The plant cells have chloroplasts because they need to convert the light energy into chemical energy via the process of photosynthesis, the animal cells, however, have no such need, therefore, the animal cells do not have chloroplasts. Also, the erythrocytes do not have the cellular organelles in them which are present in the other body cells, because there is no need for the cellular organelles in them. The large vacuoles in plant cells is also a great example. The plants need the vacuoles for the metabolic processes, while most animal cells have no need for them.

Basically as simple all the structures in animal cell can be found in plant cells. But plant cells has some extra structure and part where doesn't exist in animal cells.
In animal cell, it contains a cytoplasm, nucleus and a cell membrane.
But in plant cell, they have chloroplast, cell wall and vacuole in additional.
