Answer: x = 38, y = 81, z = 75

Step-by-step explanation:

First, because it's a quadrilateral, we know that (z - 3) + 108 + (y - 9) + (3x - 6) = 360.

Then, we also know that (3x - 6) = 108, because in a parallelogram the two opposite angles are congruent. So, we know that x = 38.

Next, we also know that (z - 3) = (y - 9), because (again) the opposite angles are congruent. But since there are 2 variables and 1 equation, we cannot solve it yet.

But, we also know that (y - 9) + (3x - 6) = 180, because the same side angles are supplementary. We already know that (3x - 6) = 108, so (y - 9) = 180 - 108 = 72. y = 81.

Then, we can also figure out (z - 3) because it's the same as (y - 9), so (z - 3) = 72. z = 75.

So, x = 38 degrees, y = 81 degrees, and z = 75 degrees.

<em>P.S. If this is wrong, please tell me! I'll try my best to fix it. </em>

20 POINTS AND BRAINLIEST!!! Three dentists wanted to compare the ages of their patients. They each calculated their patients’ me
LenKa [72]
Hello,

Looking at the data, you should go with the second and fourth results.

On the second one, Dr. Appiah's M.A.D. is only 9.7 which is less than Dr. Singh's M.A.D. of 14.1

On the fourth one, Dr. Cantwell and Dr. Singh both have a M.A.D. that is only 0.1 from 14, so their ages vary by about the same amount.

Best of luck,

Find the area of a rectangle that has the length of 2x-3 and the width of x .Someone painted an interior area of the rectangle a
Svet_ta [14]

Answer:

The area that was not painted is (2x^{2}-6x+6)\ units^{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

step 1

Find the area of the rectangle

we know that

The area of a rectangle is equal to

A=LW

In this problem we have

L=2x-3

W=x

substitute

A=(2x-3)x\\A=(2x^{2}-3x)\ units^{2}

step 2

Find the area that was painted

A=(3)(x-2)\\A=(3x-6)\ units^{2}

step 3

Find the area that was not painted

Subtract the area that was painted from the total area of rectangle

so

A=(2x^{2}-3x)-(3x-6)=(2x^{2}-6x+6)\ units^{2}
