The legislation of ancient Rome from the time of its inception in 753 BCE to the fall of the Western Empire in the 5th century CE is known as Roman law. It was used until 1453 in the Eastern, or Byzantine, Empire. All free Roman citizens who were neither patrician, senatorial, or equestrian were referred to as plebeian. Plebeians were ordinary Roman citizens who worked hard to maintain their families and pay their taxes - farmers, bakers, builders, and artisans, for example.

i cant speak for those people but i can tell you what i know. when the stock market dropped and everyones money was lost by the bank their view towards their country turned for the worst they thought that they have been robbed by the government, they stopped trusting other people even the people the closest to them so their view was changed by more then money it was about trust, trust in their country and their friends... hope that helped
