Lee is playing football with Mateo and some of their other friends. Lee notices that Mateo's pupils are dilated and that he is b

eing particularly aggressive and unusually energetic. Halfway through the game, Mateo collapses on the field. Barely able to speak, he manages to tell Lee that he took some pills before the game, just for fun.
What should Lee do first in this situation?
