Answer:

The laws are in place to help us as the people to stay out of trouble and keep us safe. If 1 person breaks the law and hurts someone people would just keep doing that cause they got away with it and that sends the message that everyone can get away with it.We should also not break the law because when we do 2 happen you get hurt or someone else does.
