Generally, In May of 1925, two remarkable writers, Hemingway and Fitzgerald, met for the first time. Both were struggling with personal problems.

Fitzgerald, on the other hand, was able to evoke stronger feelings in his readers via his prose, whereas Hemingway favored a more action-oriented style.

Fitzgerald and Hemingway appear to be different, but actually have significant similarities. The basic difference in their writing styles is that, Fitzgerald used the descriptive language whereas Hemingway was known for the simple and short way of writing.

In the terms of subject, Hemingway wrote about the earthy material. His writing was often related to the emotionally while on the other hand Fitzgerald's writing was about social hierarchy, he wrote more about actions.

Although the work of both the writers are unique but they had the common similarity that the both include the tragic conclusions.
