Ethos is using credibility to persuade someone like using a celebrity or scientist. Pathos is using material that produces strong emotions one way or the other Logos is using statistics and facts to persuade one way or the other.
Propaganda uses at least one or all three of these. It is material used to promote a political side, event, or point of view.
