The supplement being taken is Vitamin K in this type of scenario.

What is Vitamin K?

This is a type of vitamin which is responsible for the clotting of blood and healing of injuries in the body.

This is achieved by coagulation of the blood to stop bleeding however since the patient has blood clots and takes anti-coagulation medication it is best to avoid vitamin K.

When antibiotics attacks a bacteria first the growth of bacteria is stopped and the bacteria will become unable to divide and spread throughout the body via the bloodstream and aortic arteries. An antibiotics' main job is to stop the growth of bacteria and other foreign entities inside our body, such as a virus, fungal spore, parasites, and other dangerous and potentially deadly protozoa, so as to prevent the body from harm that may be fatal.

On cellular level, antibiotics chemically damage the bacteria or targeted organism's DNA and alter it in such a way that they will become unable to divide any further and thus become unable to reproduce and eventually die off as the white blood cells engulf the decaying organism's body, so it doesn't become dangerous.

During conjugation, one gene (A) is found to transfer to the recipient bacteria 26 minutes following the start of conjugation, w
AnnyKZ [126]

Answer:

a. All of the answers are correct.

Explanation:

During conjugation a bacteria transfers it's genetic material to another bacteria. The genetic material has genes in a particular order so we can easily know the order of the genes through experimentation. The transfer of genes occurs as per the time allowed. If two genes are nearby then they will be transferred one after the other.

For example in the given question, gene A was transferred to recipient bacteria in 26 minutes, gene M was transferred in 37 minutes while gene T was transferred in 45 minutes, it simply means that the order of genes is A M T. Gene M was transferred to another bacteria after A was transferred because time required to transfer it is 37 minutes which is less than time required to transfer A which is 26 minutes. Gene T took maximum time to get transferred so it will be last to be transferred.

After calculation, we can easily infer that the genetic distance between A and M is 11 minutes (37 minutes - 26 minutes = 11 minutes). Similarly we can get genetic distance between A and T as 19 minutes and between M and T as 8 minutes. So all the given options are correct.

What is the purpose of a vesicle
yKpoI14uk [10]

Answer:When a cell needs to move a molecule many times, it uses vesicles. Vesicles are cellular organelles that are composed of a lipid bilayer. You can think of vesicles as cellular envelopes that are used to transport materials from one place to another. Vesicles also function in metabolism and enzyme storage as well.
