The most noticeable impact of the internet on the education system, is observed during the current situation of pandemic. The online mode of education is now the mainstream mode of education. Dependence on online learning platforms had also increased in this situation.
There are many positive effects of the internet on the education system. Such as, students are also able to continue their studies in this pandemic situation, students can gather a lot of information from various websites of the internet, diverse audio/video content from the internet can help to learn in a better way.
With the above mentioned positive factors, there are negative factors too. The usage of internet had increased by the students for the sake of online classes. Now, this usage can be also done in other way apart from the educational purposes, and this is the most common drawback of the internet based online education. Also, internet-based education increases the usage of screen (mobile, laptop etc.) which badly affects the eye and the health of the students.
I have read the excerpt from John F. Kennedy's 1961 Inaugural Address and how this excerpt shows parallelism is that, each paragraph contains a warning and a pledge. He also makes use of repetition "Let both sides" and this conveys unity in his inaugural speech. Answer for this is the second option.
