In order to improve fitness, the body may be subjected to larger loads or levels of resistance than it is typically used to.

What advantages do workouts have?

Physical activity is good for your bones and muscles, your brain, your weight, your risk of disease, your capacity to carry out daily tasks, and your ability to manage your weight. Adults who engage in any quantity of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and sit less will experience some health benefits.

This is not advised since you risk causing muscular damage. In order to make the workout more severe and so develop fitness, it is actually advised that you increase the repetitions each set, use various weights, and change the type of exercise often.
