Yes, I think that this narrative is a confession as Montressor is telling his story to confess to the priest about the murder that he had done.

<h3>How, explain your answer?</h3>

Montressor is telling the story of his murder of Fortunato which took place during the carnival in Italy because in his story he tells that his family home was a Pallazo.

This story was told by Montresor who is a catholic because he wanted to confess to a priest about the murder that he had committed. The audience of the story is he, himself.

Thus, this could be the answer.

Why do you think shapespeare included this prologue to start his play
Naily [24]

Answer:

it tells the audience exactly what is going to happen in the play.

Explanation:

The obvious function of the Prologue as an introduction to the Verona of Romeo and Juliet can obscure its deeper, more important function. The Prologue does not merely set the scene of Romeo and Juliet.

short critique using reader response approach in a poem 'Invictus' by William Ernest Henley.. please help I'll mark you as the b
Nitella [24]

Answer and Explanation:

"Invictus" is a poem that portrays Ernest Henley's emotional control and resistance.

Henley wrote it when he was suffering from bone tuberculosis, a very serious and painful illness that could cause him to die in the blink of an eye, or torture him over time. When reading the poem, we can see how Henley was suffering, but he is very courageous and ready to face the disease with the greatest dignity possible, as he believed that the disease was not greater than him. We can see this through the line "My head is bloody, but unbowed."
