97.5% of American women have shoe sizes that are no more than 11.47.

Lets try to solve the question,

Given values ,

Dev (u) = 8.47

Standard deviation (x) = 1.47

So we e have to find the percentage of American women whose shoe size's are not more than 11.47 P(x<11.47).

Lets find z score by using empirical formula.

=> z= (x-u) / a

=> 11.47-8.47/1.5

=> z= 2

Now we have to find P(z < 2) . Using the empirical rule, we know that 97.5% data lies below 2 standard deviations above mean.

Therefore the 97.5% of American women have shoe sizes that are no more than 11.47.

First and last ones
The " = [number] " at the end of an equation for a circle is the radius squared
So if the diameter is 12, then the radius is 6, and 36 is 6 squared
Also as long as the x term doesn't have an integer affecting it (like -3 or +5) then it'll stay on the y axis.

10. You just hung a picture twelve inches above the wall trim. Your friend thinks the picture looks
muminat

Answer:

The angles measured between the shadow and the wall trim and the shadow and the top or bottom of the picture should be equal if the picture is level

Step-by-step explanation:

Whereby the picture is 12 inches above the wall trim and the Sun is casting a shadow on the wall, therefore, the edges of the shadow of a straight edged object is straight

If the picture is level, the shadow cast by the sun is transversal to the wall trim and the line formed by extending the bottom or top of the picture in the direction of the shadow. That is, if the picture is parallel, the shadow cast by the Sun on the wall is transversal to the picture and the wall trim if or when the shadow eventually crosses the picture

With the protractor, the angle between the shadow and the wall trim and the shadow and the top or bottom is measured

The angles measured should be the same if the picture is level.

Helga [31]
First you need to find how much is left in the container by finding the whole volume.
cylinder volume= πr²h where r is the radius and h is hight
V= (3.14)*(5²)*(10)
V=(31.4)(25)
V=785cm³ is the total volume
now half has been used so divide that number in half
785/2= 392.5cm³
now she uses 4cm³ a day so divide
392.5/4= 98.125
round to the nearest whole number
answer is B 98
