The racist policy that I would talk about is Jim Crow

<h3>What are Jim Crow Laws?</h3>

This refers to the American segregationist policy that consisted of both state and federal laws that were racist in Southern America.

Hence, we can see that this was not only legal but it was taught openly in churches as whites were described as God's chosen people and the blacks were subhumans.
