To solve the problems facing America between 1789 and 1816, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison, formed the Federalist and the Anti-Federalist Parties.

<h3>What were the Federalist and Anti-Federalist Parties?</h3>

The Federalists supported a strong union and central government, together with the adoption of the Constitution.

On the other hand, the Anti-Federalists did not support a strong national government but sought to continue with the Articles of Confederation., supporting states' rights.

Alexander Hamilton and James Madison were leading Federalists.  But Madison supported the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Thomas Jefferson was an Anti-Federalist who believed that too much power at the center would make the federal government become tyrannical.

Thus, two major political parties were formed by the Federalists and Anti-Federalists to solve the birthing problems confronting the United States.

Perrow (1972) stated that in order for bureaucracy to be efficient, it must be "<u>stable</u>".

Perrow (1972) has gone significantly further, proposing that "the transgressions for the most part credited to organization are either not sins at all or are results of the inability to bureaucratize adequately". Then again, Perrow additionally recognizes that the "perfect" type of an organization is never figured it out. One reason for this is individuals from the association "track a wide range of mud from whatever remains of their lives with them into the association, and they have a wide range of interests that are free of the association".

Which of the following is NOT true children at the stage of concrete operations? Group of answer choices
Pavel [41]

The correct answer is D. They become able to think logically in abstract situations.

Explanation:

In children development, the concrete operational stage takes place from 7 to 11 years old, during this time children are able to develop logical thinking but only in relation to concrete situation, additionally, they achieve reversibility which refers to numbers and objects being able to return to a former state and conservation that is the idea something might remain in the same state despite other related ideas or objects changing.

This means the one that is not true about the state of concrete operations is that children become able to think logically in abstract situations as during this stage children have difficulties to thnk abstractly and this is only achieved in formal operation stage which occurs after this stage.
