Answer: The correct answer is the first one.

Explanation:

The Boston Massacre, that took place on March 5, 1770, was part of a series of events that took place during the American Revolution between 1765 and 1783.

John Adams, a further U.S President was request to defend captain Preston and the soldiers involved in the confrontation. With other renowned lawyer of the time, Josiah Quincy II, he lead the case resulting in the acquittal of captain Preston and six other soldiers; the other two soldiers were found guilty of manslaughter.

Three years after the trial, in his autobiography <u><em>Diary and Autobiography of John Adams</em></u><u> </u><u><em>volume 2</em></u><em> </em>he established: <em>"he Part I took in Defence of Cptn. Preston and the Soldiers, procured me Anxiety, and Obloquy enough. It was, however, one of the most gallant, generous, manly and disinterested Actions of my whole Life, and one of the best Pieces of Service I ever rendered my Country" </em>proving he was proud to take the case, and then <em>"Judgment of Death against those Soldiers would have been as foul a Stain upon this Country as the Executions of the Quakers or Witches, anciently. As the Evidence was, the Verdict of the Jury was exactly right" </em>showing that we completely agreed with the verdict.

seropon [69]

Maturation is a threat to internal validity stemming from either long-term or short-term physiological changes occurring within the participants that may influence the dependent variable.

<h3>What are physiological changes?</h3>

Ageing causes physiological changes in all organ systems. Arteriosclerosis develops, blood pressure rises, and cardiac output declines. Lung function is compromised, vital capacity is reduced, and expiratory flow rates are slowed.

Pregnancy causes a number of physiological changes in the mother, such as an increase in fat and total body water, a drop in plasma protein concentrations, particularly albumin, an increase in blood volume, cardiac output, and blood flow to the kidneys, and a decrease in blood pressure.

Is the government doing enough to ensure that human rights are
sp2606 [1]

Answer: no

Explanation: if the government didn't protect the peoples rights then the people can throw out the government and replace a new and better one to the peoples liking since its well known in the constitution that the people have the power to do so, like the magna carta where the government (king) at the time abused power and gave cruel and usual punishments. The government cannot go against the people or take there rights (John Locke - the social contract) its also why we have our bill of rights to secure our rights for the government does not violate us and rule of law where nobody is above the law.  The government would only go to great lengths if it was a issue the people suggest they look into, other then that the government does not go to far lengths for there citizens unless they get called out for it.

According to which of the following theories is language acquired by imitation and reinforcement of specific sounds
noname [10]

Learning theories is language acquired by imitation and reinforcement of specific sounds.

Learning theory explains how learners absorb, process, and retain knowledge during learning. Cognitive, emotional, environmental influences and past experiences all play a role in acquiring or altering understandings or worldviews and maintaining knowledge and skills.

Behaviorists see learning as an aspect of conditioning and advocate reward and goal systems in education. Educators who turn to cognitive theory believe that defining learning as behavioral change is too narrow and study the complexity of learners, especially human memory, rather than the environment.

correct answer is the output of the economy will exceed its long-run potential output.

At one stage of the economic cycle, economic growth is more than normal profit. It is an unstable and usually not permanent phenomenon. This means that for some amount of time the economy's estimate is higher than its estimate or normal output.

This is due to some favourable conditions, which help the economy to bounce higher than it projected and benefit people from time to time. The economy will return to normal soon with projected growth.
