In a relatively pointless survey, the following data was collected on cars in a Costco parking lot: there were 94 white cars; 44

purple cars; 41 dark gray cars; 27 light blue cars; 46 green cars; 19 cars of some other color.
If you were to construct a Pareto chart (using the rule suggested in the book), how would the second bar in the graph be labeled?

If I am to to construct a Pareto chart based on the rule of the chart, the second bar color in the graph be labeled light blue.

What is a Pareto chart?

A Pareto chart is known to be a form of a bar graph.

It is made up of different lengths of bars that stands for frequency or cost ( e.g. time or money, and are said to be placed with longest bars on the left and then the shortest are placed to the right.

Since there are 27 light blue cars and this is the first one among the shortest, one can make it to be in the second bar and as such, If I am to to construct a Pareto chart based on the rule of the chart, the second bar color in the graph be labeled light blue.

- The spinner shown is spun 4 times. What is the probability that you will spin gray at least 2 times?
lisov135 [29]

Answer:

26.17%

Step-by-step explanation:

P(Grey) = 1/4

P(Grey at least 2 times in 4) = 1 - P(no Grey in 4) - P(1 Grey in 4)

P(no Grey in 4) = 4C0 * 3/4 * 3/4 * 3/4 * 3/4 = 81/256

P(1 Grey in 4) = 4C1 * 1/4 * 3/4 * 3/4 * 3/4 = 27/64

P(Grey at least 2 times in 4) = 1 - 81/256 - 27/64 = (256-81-108)/256=67/256=26.17%

Because of her work schedule, Molly Kay plans to take classes at 8:00, 10:00, and 11:00. Five courses that fit her program are o
pychu [463]

Answer: There are 90 different schedules are possible for Molly Kay.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Three time scheduled at 8:00, 10:00, 11:00.

Number of courses offer at 8:00 = 5

Number of courses offer at 10:00 = 9

Number of courses offer at 11:00 = 2

So, the number of different schedules are possible for Molly Kay is given by

^{5}C_1\times ^9C_1\times ^2C_1\\\\=5\times 9\times 2\\\\=45\times 2\\\\=90

Hence, there are 90 different schedules are possible for Molly Kay.

maksim [4K]

Answer:

y = 52.02

Step-by-step explanation:

Since this is a right triangle, we can use trig functions

cos theta = adj/ hyp

cos y = 8/13

Take the inverse cos of each side

cos ^-1 cos y = cos ^-1 ( 8/13)

y = cos ^-1 ( 8/13)

y = 52.02012756

To the nearest hundredth

y = 52.02
