Social-desirability biases is the sort of response bias that is the tendency of the survey respondent to answer the question in a manner that is favorable to others.

As Maria found that most respondents 98% of the voters were open to support women candidates. The social desirably bias poses a serious problem during the self-reporting as the bias interferes with the interpretations of the average tendencies.

As however during the anonymous survey of the voters or respondents showed only 80% of them would support the women candidate.

Hence the social desirability bias is the main culprit for such a response.

Learn more about the Maria conducted an in-person pre-election survey about voter preferences.

Answer:

Answer: 22

Here's all the numbers that have 2 or more;

12, 16, 24, 32, 36, 40, 48, 56, 60, 72, 84, 88,  96, 6, 18, 30, 42, 54, 66, 78, 90, 8

Step-by-step explanation:

It seems that 3 and 4 collide ever two steps. (So everytime that happens it has two traits.)

Every time 6 is multiplied it is with 3, so that's a easy one

And 8 is also easy because 4 goes into it too, so 6 and 8 are always have 2 traits.

Forgive me if I missed one, I checked a few times so it should be good!

If √5 - x = 4,then x=
i need help on here how to solve it
Westkost [7]
Professor Dan Healy, one of my Engineering instructors back in prehistoric times, had a favorite way of showing us how to do this kind of problem ... I mean the kind that's incredibly easy, but your own fear gets in the way and convinces you that you can't handle it. Here is Prof. Healy's method.

For a few moments, call the square root of 5 by the name "cow".

cow - x = 4 .    Solve this equation for 'x' :

Add 'x' to each side of the equation: cow = 4 + x

Subtract 4 from each side:                cow - 4 = x

Now, we can put the real value back in place of 'cow' : √5 - 4 = x

That right there is a perfect solution. But If you absolutely need to
know the number, then grab your calculator:

√5 = 2.2361 (rounded)

x = √5 - 4 = 2.2361 - 4 = -1.7639 (rounded)

We often deal with weighted means, in which different data values carry different weights in the calculation of the mean. For
Veseljchak [2.6K]

Answer:

a) The student's overall average for the class is 87.97.

b) He would need a score above 100 to get an A, which means that he could not have scored high enough on the final exam to get an A in the class.

Step-by-step explanation:

Weighed average:

To solve this question, we find the student's weighed average, multiplying each of his grade by his weights.

Grades and weights:

Scored 82.5 on the midterm, worth 30%.

Scored 88.6 on the final exam, worth 30%.

Scored 91.6 on the homework, worth 40%.

a. On a 100-point scale, what is the student's overall average for the class?

Multiplying each grade by it's weight:

A = 82.5*0.3 + 88.6*0.3 + 91.6*0.4 = 87.97

The student's overall average for the class is 87.97.

b. The student was hoping to get an A in the class, which requires an overall score of 93.5 or higher. Could he have scored high enough on the final exam to get an A in the class?

Score of x on the final class, and verify that the average could be 93.5 or higher. So

A = 82.5*0.3 + 88.6*0.3 + 0.4x

A \geq 93.5

82.5*0.3 + 88.6*0.3 + 0.4x \geq 93.5

0.4x \geq 93.5 - (82.5*0.3 + 88.6*0.3)

x \geq \frac{93.5 - (82.5*0.3 + 88.6*0.3)}{0.4}

x \geq 105.425

He would need a score above 100 to get an A, which means that he could not have scored high enough on the final exam to get an A in the class.

I need the description of how to draw a parallel line and a perpendicular line.
EleoNora [17]
How to Draw Parallel Lines:
1. Draw a straight line any length

2. Draw another straight line any length

(note : ensure the lines will never intersect)

They shall never horizontally or vertically.

How to Draw Perpendicular Lines:
1. Draw a straight line vertically

2. Draw a straight line horizontally

(note : length does not necessarily matter)

The two lines must cross at right angles to each other!!

With the parallel line instructions, simply just draw lines but, when given the slopes of two lines, you must get graphing paper or make your own, and graph it by plotting points and then getting a ruler and tracing it.

With the perpendicular lines it helps with showing a relation between situations along with given slopes. They shall intersect always and meet at a 90° angle. Use the equations and plot them then take a ruler and trace them and notice the intersection. Solve it yourself and see that the intersection and the answers you got are the same.
