Faded feedback uses a high frequency of feedback early in practice and then gradually reduces feedback as the learner's skill begins to develop.

Faded feedback involves initial high-level assistance that gradually decreases as trainees advance through the training programme. However, as stated by Goodman and Wood (2009), faded feedback has very little empirical validity.

Their findings imply that trainees' "stuck in their ways" behavior was caused by faded feedback. In other words, trainees tend to continue performing in ways consistent with the feedback throughout the training course when they receive high levels of feedback early on.

Despite the intuitive attraction of faded feedback, Goodman and Wood's findings imply that this feedback strategy did not result in greater learning or increased training transfer when compared to the alternative.

Whom does inflation hurt the most?

producers

creditors

debtors
Elina [12.6K]

The correct answer would be option B, Creditors.

Creditors are the ones who are most hurt by inflation.

Explanation:

Inflation is the rise in the prices of goods and services. It is actually the depreciation in the value of money. Suppose if at one point of inflation, a product is purchased at $5, then if the inflation rises then the same product will now be purchased in say $6. This is how inflation affects the value of money.

The creditors who gave loans to others will be most affected by the increase in inflation, because they will receive the same amount of money back but with the decreased value of the money. Suppose, they gave $5000 loan to someone, and with the increase in inflation the value of money will decrease but they will still get the credited amount, which will be a loss for them.

6. Which view best summarizes Lincoln's position on slavery in 1858?

 • D. Slavery should not spread because it is morally and politically wrong.

Further explanation:

 1. John Brown (1800-1859) was an abolitionist who supported armed struggle against existing laws and government in order to end slavery. In October 1859, Brown led a raid on the federal armory at Harpers Ferry, Virginia. The intent was to arm slaves to fight for their freedom and set in motion a slave revolt that would spread across other regions in the South. The effort was unsuccessful and Brown was hanged for treason against Virginia.
 2. President Lincoln delivered the Gettysburg Address on November 19, 1863. in the Gettysburg Address, Lincoln affirmed the principle stated by the Declaration of Independence, that all men are created equal. The massive number of casualties at the Battle of Gettysburg gave impetus to Lincoln's words about preserving the Union and government of the people, by the people and for the people -- ideas which had been central to Lincoln's worldview before Gettysburg as well as in that speech.
 3. Lee's surrender to General Ulysses Grant of the Union occurred on April 9, 1865, near the town of Appomattox Court House, Virginia. This was the effectively the end of the US Civil War.
 4. As pointed out by Daniel White in an article on Owlcation about advantages the South did have, one key was military leadership. White writes: "Many Southern political and military leaders were graduates of the military academy at West Point, as well as veterans of wars such as the Mexican-American War ... while the Union struggled for the first few years of the war to find strong leaders ."
 5. Harriet Beecher Stowe's novel, "Uncle Tom's Cabin," was hugely popular with abolitionists around the world. The book was the 2nd-best selling book of the 19th century -- coming in behind only the Bible (the perennial bestseller).
 6. As the History Channel reports, "Lincoln did believe that slavery was morally wrong, but there was one big problem: It was sanctioned by the highest law in the land, the Constitution." So Lincoln wrestled with the issue of slavery as a moral wrong, and yet something that had Constitutional approval.

An object of mass 20 kg is dropped
8090 [49]

Answer: PE = 800j, KE = 800J

Explanation:

To calculate the potential energy, we use the formula

Potential Energy = Mgh

M = 20kg, g = 10m/sˆ2 , h = 4m

=20 × 10 × 4

=800J

At the maximum height S = 4 and the initial velocity u = 0 The acceleration g = 10m/sˆ2

Using the third equation of motion

vˆ2 = uˆ2 + 2as

= 0ˆ2 + 2 × 10 × 4

vˆ2 = 80

Kinetic Energy (KE) is given by

KE = ½ mvˆ2

= ½ × 20 × 80

=800J
