Deep learning is a subset of machine learning, essentially a neural network with three or more layers. These neural networks try to simulate the behavior of the human brain. It doesn't support that feature, but it can "learn" from large amounts of data.

Both machine learning and deep learning are types of AI. In short, machine learning is an AI that can automatically adapt with minimal human intervention. Deep learning is a subset of machine learning that uses artificial neural networks to mimic the learning process of the human brain.
