Archy [21]

Answer:

427,350

Step-by-step explanation:

so you do 7.25×13=94.25

and then you do 94.25%×220,000=207,350

So you can now do 207,250+220,000 (which) =427,350

3. Given: ABCE is a rectangle. D is the midpoint of E.
Georgia [21]

Answer with Step-by-step explanation:

We are given that

ABCE is a rectangle .Rectangle is that quadrilateral in which opposite sides are equal and each  is equal to  90 degrees.

D is the midpoint of E.

We have to prove that AD\cong BD

Statement:1 ABCE is a rectangle.D is the mid point of CE

Reason: Given

Statement 2:\angle AED\cong \angle BCD

Reason:By definition of rectangle

Statement:3 AE=BC

Reason: By definition of rectangle

Statement 4:ED=DC

Reason: By definition of midpoint because D is the midpoint of side EC

Statement 5:\triangle AED\cong \triangle BCD

Reason:SAS postulate

Statement: 6 AD\cong BD

Reason:CPCT

Hence proved.

I forgot how to multiply fractions cause its been so long...some one help! 3/4÷4/5.
Novay_Z [31]
Well, you're asking for a refresher on multiplying fractions, but then the
example at the end of your question uses the symbol for division, not
multiplication.  So I'll just give you the rules for both operations, and let you
choose the one you need.

To multiply fractions:

-- Multiply the two numerators.
Write the product on top of a new fraction.

-- Multiply the two denominators.
Write the product on the bottom of the new fraction.

-- The new fraction is the product of the two original fractions.

To divide fractions:

-- Invert (flip) the second fraction.

-- Then multiply them.

-- Their product is actually the quotient of the two original fractions.

Simplify : (-7/18 × 15/-7) - (1 × 1/4) + (1/2 × 1/4)
bixtya [17]

Answer:

17/24

Step-by-step explanation:

This expression simplifies to the following:

-7     15        1          1

---- * -----  -  -----  +  -----

18     -7        4          8

Reducing the product, we get

  15        1

-------- - -----

  18        8

and this simplifies further:

 5       1

----- - -----

 6       8

The LCD is 24.  Thus, we have:

20      3         17

------ - -----  =  -----

24      24       24
