Honestly? It looks like a haiku to me. A haiku syllable wise is 5-7-5. The first line has five syllables and the second has seven. This would then mean that the third line has to have five syllables total.

A. Has five syllables.
B. Has six syllables.
C. Has seven syllables.
D. Has eight syllables.

Because answer A. Wake and find new hope! has five syllables, this would be the correct answer.
