The experiment is not a binomial experiment.

<h3>What is a binomial experiment?</h3>

A binomial experiment is an experiment where there is a fixed number of trials, and the results are usually between two options- a yes or a no.

The conditions for a binomial experiment include:

1. Each trial should be classified either as a success or a failure.

2. There are a fixed number of observations

3. The trials are independent.

4. The number of trials are fixed.

How do I find the slope from the first function?
Art [367]

Considering the linear function found in part a, we have that:

b) The slope is of AC.

c) The intercept is of AD + B.

<h3>What is a linear function?</h3>

A linear function is modeled by:

y = mx + b

In which:

  • m is the slope, which is the rate of change, that is, by how much y changes when x changes by 1.
  • b is the y-intercept, which is the value of y when x = 0, and can also be interpreted as the initial value of the function.

The equation found in part a is:

A(Cx + D) + B.

Placing it in slope-intercept format, we have that it is given by:

ACx + AD + B.

Hence:

b) The slope is of AC, as it is the part that multiplies x.

c) The intercept is of AD + B, as it is the constant term.

What Is -0.75-(-2/50)+0.4(-3/4)? Explain and answer the question please
lilavasa [31]
The answer is -1.01
I first changed the signs of the ones i could. So <span>-0.75+(2/50)+0.4(-3/4)
Then i multiplied the 0.4*-3/4 which equals -0.3
So you are left with </span><span>-0.75+(2/50)-0.3
2/50 is equal to 0.04 so now it is </span> -0.75+0.04-0.3 and the rest is simple math. Which equals -1.01
