Vlev vygotsky's sociocultural theory emphasizes that ________ is (are) necessary for children to acquire the ways of thinking an
jeyben [28]

I believe the right answer is social interaction.

Lev Vygotsky's theories stress the fundamental role of social interaction in the development of cognition (Vygotsky, 1978), as he believed strongly that community plays a central role in the process of "making meaning."

Vygotsky’s main assertion was that children are entrenched in different sociocultural contexts and their cognitive development is advanced through social interaction with more skilled individuals. Vygotsky (1978) states: “Every function in the child’s cultural development appears twice: first, on the social level, and later, on the individual level; first, between people (interpsychological) and then inside the child (intrapsychological). This applies equally to voluntary attention, to logical memory, and to the formation of concepts. All the higher functions originate as actual relationships between individuals.” (p57).

Select the TRUE statement: A. In an ICS organization, the Command Staff typically includes the chiefs of the Planning, Operation
aliya0001 [1]

Answer:

C. ICS provides a structure for organizing field-level operations for a broad spectrum of incidents.

Explanation:

ICS was designed by recognizing the key activities or functions needed to effectively and efficiently respond to incidents. Examination of incident reports and the review of military organizations were all utilized in ICS development.

This analysis recognizes the elementary needs of incidents. As incidents became more complicated, complex, expensive, difficult and the need for an organizational manager became more obvious. Hence, in ICS, and particularly in bigger incidents, the Incident Commander is to manage the organization and not the incident.

What is the name of the problem introduced by Plato as an illustration of the relationship between religion and ethics?
Goshia [24]

Answer:

Euthyphro dilemma.

Explanation:

Euthyphro dilemma was introduced in Plato's dialogue Euthyphro. In this dialogue Socrates asks Euthyphro about the piety - a virtue that includes spiritual devotion and humility. Socrates asks if piety ‘is loved by gods because it is piety, or it is piety because it is loved by gods?’.

Applying this dilemma to the modern legal matters, the professor Myres S. McDougal from the Yale Law School asked if the property rights are protected because they are property rights, or they are rights because we protect them. Fundamentally this question asks if property rights are natural or given.

This dilemma can be addressed to various matters to identify if this matter has true value in itself, or only because something says so.
