The server have served the young looking patron, upon judging the patron's looks the server must have checked the id which was also fake but was not identified by the server.

A crime is the act of doing a wrong act, a crime is committed when any person is effected by the action of other or the law is override by a person. A crime is a criminal offence and is subject to legal action. Mostly the crime is reported and justified in the court of law, then if found guilty the crime committer is punished as per the law.

The crime appears to be where the fake id was generated and presented, the server have checked the id however it was his duty to ensure that the id was valid. There seems a negligence at the part of the server
