Y receives $30000 less than if the profit were divided in proportion to how much they invested.

<h3>What is Proportional Profit?</h3>

In a proportional tax system, everyone is compelled to pay the same amount of taxes as a percentage of their income.

<h3>According to the given information:</h3>

Profit will Divide into 4 equal parts.

The total Profit for the month is  = $120,000

The party will receive a sum of = $30,000

This shows that Y also receive the same amount

Y = $30,000 (Profit received)

Now

If the Profits were divided in proportion to the investments made .

The proportion on investment made by Y.

The total investment made = $12000+$6000+$25000+$7000

                                            = $50000

Out of this the Amount invested by Y = $25000

The Proportional Profit of Y.

=  (25000/ 50000) x 120000

= $60,000

So Y receives 60000 - 30000

                       = 30000

john's commute time to work during the week follows the normal probability distribution with a mean time of 26.7 minutes and a
Angelina_Jolie [31]
To evaluate the probability that a randomly selected day will be between 28 and 34 minutes we proceed as follows:
P(28<x<34)
First we evaluate the z-score for the above values:
z=(x-σ)/μ
μ=26.7
σ=5.1

when:
x=28
z=(28-26.7)/5.1
z=0.26
P(z<0.26)=0.6026

when x=34
z=(34-26.7)/5.1
z=1.43
P(z<1.43)=0.9236
hence:
P(28<x<34)=0.9236-0.6026=0.321~32.1%

The sunrise café gets tea bags of 1,000. If the café charges $1.75 for each cup of tea, and each cup of tea gets 1 tea bag, how
Setler [38]

Answer:

You would do $1.75 x 1,000. That would be 1$,750. Then, you would take away that $95 because they spent buying the box of tea bags, and their total would be $1,750 - $95 = $1,655.
